Meet Our Coaches

Real Coaches. Real Experience. Real Results.

At Athlete X Factory, we don’t just run athletes through workouts. We coach, challenge, and push them to get better. Our coaches know what it takes to compete at a higher level, and they aren’t here to sugarcoat the work it takes to get there.

Whether you’re building strength, improving speed, or preparing for the next level of competition, you’ll get experienced coaching, honest feedback, and a training environment that expects you to show up ready to work.

Meet the coaches behind the work.

Brad Fitzke

Brad Fitzke

Founder | Athlete Performance Coach

Brad Fitzke is the founder of Athlete X Factory and has built a reputation for helping athletes get stronger, faster, and more competitive. With years of hands-on coaching experience, Brad specializes in developing speed, strength, power, agility, and overall athletic performance. His training approach combines proven methods, proper technique, and individualized attention to help athletes build confidence, improve their abilities, and prepare for the next level.

Alongside Brad is his wife, Monica Fitzke, who plays an active role in the daily operations of Athlete X Factory. Together, they’ve built a training environment where hard work, accountability, and relationships matter. Brad leads athlete performance training, while Monica helps keep the business running and supports the athletes, families, and teams who walk through the doors.

Athlete X Factory also offers a dedicated gym for adult members and indoor turf rental opportunities for local teams and coaches. Brad and Monica remain committed to what they’ve built: a place where athletes and adults can put in real work and see real progress.

Baily Aegerter

Baily Aegerter

Officer of Athletic Development

Baily Aegerter’s connection to Athlete X Factory goes back to before eighth grade, when he first started training with Brad Fitzke. A multi-sport athlete growing up, Baily competed in football, baseball, and hockey before focusing on hockey throughout high school.

He went on to earn a degree in Exercise Science from UW-Whitewater and eventually opened his own gym in Oregon, Wisconsin. His coaching experience includes working with the Oregon Tradesmen (NA3HL), Janesville Jets (NAHL), and numerous high-level athletes.

While Baily has worked with some serious talent, his real passion is developing the next generation of athletes. He focuses on teaching proper movement mechanics, building strength, improving speed, and helping young athletes develop the foundation they need to train safely and compete at a higher level.

Having started as an Athlete X athlete himself, Baily knows firsthand what it takes to put in the work. Now he’s bringing that experience back to help the next generation get better.

Amy Liebetrau

Amy Liebetrau

Head Personal Trainer | Athlete X Factory Gym

Amy Liebetrau has always had a passion for sports, fitness, and helping people get more out of life. A multi-sport athlete growing up, she played volleyball at the collegiate level and still enjoys getting out on the court today.

With a background in education and health advocacy, Amy understands that staying active isn’t always easy when you’re balancing work, family, and everything else life throws at you. She’s experienced those challenges herself, and that perspective shapes the way she works with her clients.

Amy specializes in helping adults build strength, improve movement, and develop training habits they can actually stick with. She believes in meeting people where they are, challenging them to improve, and giving them the knowledge and confidence to keep progressing.

As Head Personal Trainer on the Athlete X Factory gym side, Amy brings a personal, practical approach to fitness. Her goal is simple: help people feel stronger, move better, and stay capable of doing the things they love for years to come.
